Cycling Victoria strives to promote cycling across all ages, disciplines and capacities throughout Victoria.

Development initiatives will include programs aimed at increasing grassroots participation, club development, junior development, talent identification, coach development and more.

Programs/initiatives include:

• Talent Identification and development programs
• Junior development camps, programs and initiatives
• Victorian squad formation, development and training
• Relationship development with regional programs
• Participation growth opportunities – schools and clubs with a diverse range of community groups
• School cycling competitions and programs
• Coaching and training accreditation
• Club coach development opportunities
• Introduction and implementation of coaching forums
