Cycling Victoria - Rules & Regulations - Combine Exemptions
A club may be given an exemption to the maximum 10 club rule under the following circumstance:
- No Open event of that discipline is taking place on that day; or
- The open offered only provides racing for a limited portion of the membership (e.g. National Road Series); and
- There are no more than 2 members of each additional club participating.
In this case the event will be considered a ‘Club Open’ and may be subject to Open event rules within the CV By-Laws.
